Day-By-Day
Our professional driver will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning and transfer you to Zanzibar Airport. You will begin your safari in Zanzibar and take a short flight to the impressive Nyerere National Park, previously known as Selous Game Reserve. Our driver guide will welcome you to Mtemere Airstrip and provide to you a tour plan.
This vast wilderness boasts diverse African treasures, including wildlife, birds, rivers, lakes, and more. Keep an eye out for elephants, zebras, giraffes, hippos, and a myriad of other captivating creatures.
You will enjoy a hearty packed lunch and well-deserved relaxation as the day unfolds. Then, the adventure continues with more game drives, taking you into the enchanting African wilderness until the sun sets. Finally, we will escort you to Selous Safari Lodge for a delightful dinner and a peaceful sleep.

Where You Will Stay
On this day, you will wake up early for coffee or tea and start your morning boat safari. The cruise usually lasts two hours. Incredible views of hippos growling, crocodiles basking on the riverbanks, and the abundant birdlife will spice up a spectacular sunrise. You will return to the lodge for a full breakfast.
Later, you will leave for an eye-opening village tour, where our guide will lead and show you various cultural aspects of the people living in the village. During this time, you will also visit primary schools and spend time with students before returning to the lodge for lunch. After Lunch you will leave for Maasai visit where you will learn of the their culture, animal keeping, traditions and dance style
You will leave the lodge for your flight back to Zanzibar at 4:00pm. Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport, our driver will wait for you and transfer you to your hotel.

Price Tour Excludes
International flights to and from Tanzania are not included in the safari package. Guests are responsible for arranging and covering their own flights from their home country.
Accommodation before or after the scheduled safari is not included. Extra nights can be arranged upon request at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Tips and gratuities are not included in your safari package. Tipping is entirely at your discretion and is a personal way to show appreciation for the dedication, professionalism, and excellent service provided by your driver-guide and safari crew throughout your adventure.
Personal expenses such as souvenirs, travel insurance, visa fees, laundry, and other personal purchases are not included. Guests are encouraged to arrange travel insurance and ensure they meet Tanzania’s entry requirements before departure.
Any additional costs resulting from government-imposed increases in taxes, national park fees, or conservation charges after booking are not included in the original package price. Any applicable changes will be communicated transparently in accordance with the booking terms.
