Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Serengeti National Park

Arriving in Arusha, your guide will take you to Serengeti National Park for your first game drive. Serengeti is renowned for its large populations of lions, elephants, and cheetahs. Spend the day exploring the park’s rolling plains and return to your lodge for the night.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

Today is a full day of exploration in Serengeti. You will visit several regions within the park, with a focus on big cat sightings. Your guide will also take you to the Seronera Valley, a prime location for wildlife encounters. Stay overnight in a midrange lodge in the park.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater

Drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. The crater is teeming with wildlife, including elephants, lions, and rhinos. After a packed lunch, you will visit a local Maasai village to learn about their traditions and how they coexist with wildlife.

Day 4: Kilimanjaro Day Hike

Leave the safari behind and head to Mount Kilimanjaro for a day hike on the lower slopes. The hike takes you through lush forests, offering beautiful views of the mountain and surrounding areas. You’ll have a chance to visit Chagga villages, learning about the rich culture and history of the area.

Day 5: Return to Arusha

Return to Arusha for your departure. Before leaving, you can enjoy some free time in the city, perhaps visiting local markets or cultural centers before your flight.
