Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Arrive in Arusha and meet your guide, who will take you to Tarangire National Park. After a 2-hour drive, embark on a game drive in the park, famous for its elephant herds and baobab trees. In the evening, enjoy dinner and overnight at a midrange lodge within or near the park.

Day 2: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Tarangire before heading to Lake Manyara National Park. Known for its diverse ecosystems and tree-climbing lions, Lake Manyara offers excellent birdwatching opportunities, especially flamingos. Spend the day exploring the park’s unique habitats and wildlife. Stay overnight at a lodge near the park.

Day 3: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro Crater

Travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most spectacular wildlife areas in Africa. After descending into the crater, enjoy a full-day game drive where you’ll spot a wide range of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, and elephants. Visit a Maasai village in the afternoon to learn about their cultural practices and traditional way of life. Return to your lodge for the night.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park

On this day, you’ll drive to Serengeti National Park. After checking into your lodge, enjoy a game drive in the park’s vast plains, famous for the Great Migration. Depending on the season, you might witness the movement of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles. Stay at a midrange lodge within or near the park.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park

Today, spend a full day on a game drive in Serengeti. Your guide will take you to different regions of the park, such as Seronera, known for big cat sightings. Look out for lions, leopards, and cheetahs hunting prey. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore Serengeti’s stunning landscape and encounter a variety of animals. Overnight at your lodge in Serengeti.

Day 6: Serengeti – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive back to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Explore the park’s diverse wildlife, including large elephant herds, giraffes, and lions. Tarangire is also known for its dramatic landscapes, featuring iconic baobab trees and dry riverbeds. Enjoy a relaxing evening at your lodge.

Day 7: Kilimanjaro Day Tour and Cultural Experience

Take a break from the safari and head to Mount Kilimanjaro for a day tour. You will hike on the lower slopes of Kilimanjaro, experiencing the lush rainforests and scenic views. In the afternoon, visit a local village to explore the cultural heritage of the Chagga people, who live on the mountain’s slopes. Learn about their agricultural practices and traditional way of life. Return to Arusha in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 8: Departure from Arusha

On your last day, enjoy some free time in Arusha. You can explore the town, visit local markets, or enjoy a final cultural experience before heading to the airport for your departure.
