Your journey begins early with a flight from Zanzibar at 08:00 AM to Arusha Airport, arriving at 09:15 AM. Upon arrival, your safari guide will greet you and drive you to Tarangire National Park (approx. 1.5 hours away).

Enjoy a full-day game drive in Tarangire, where you’ll witness large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and a rich variety of wildlife such as giraffes, lions, zebras, wildebeests, and over 500 bird species.

After a picnic lunch in the park, you’ll head to Karatu in the late afternoon. Check in to a comfortable mid-range lodge, where you’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by beautiful highland scenery.

After an early breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s most spectacular natural wonders.

Descend into the crater for a half-day game drive, where you’ll have a chance to spot the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino—as well as hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and more in this lush, wildlife-rich caldera.

Enjoy a picnic lunch near a hippo pool before driving back to Arusha Airport for your afternoon flight to Zanzibar, arriving in the early evening.
